Journey practitioner (I have been working with the Journey since 2006) and Spring Forest Qigong supervisor (since 2012).
As a Journey practitioner, I can help you if you are stuck (due to burnout, depression, illness or loss, for example) or want to feel better about yourself. We have all learned to hide our emotions because they were not welcome in our environment. If we can’t express our emotions, we can’t show who we really are. This can lead to physical and psychological complaints. Learning to welcome your emotions helps you regain your strength. Welcoming your emotions goes better if you get to know your essence, what you really are: love, tranquility or peace are qualities that you encounter.
Spring Forest Qigong is a form of meditative movement. Blockages can arise in the body due to stress, emotional or physical trauma and overexertion, among other things. The Qi can then no longer flow freely and physical or psychological complaints can arise. Through simple, physical exercises you bring the Qi, the life energy, back into balance.
Both ways of healing bring you into contact with your essence, the source. Your body awareness increases (you will feel and understand your body and its signals better) and your body’s self-healing capacity is stimulated. This can reduce or eliminate both physical and psychological complaints and make you happier and healthier!
If you feel that I can help you on your path, you are welcome in my practice ‘Ruimte voor je hart’. You can also call or email me with questions, or take a look at my website. I am looking forward to meet you!
